In short
- Admode builds and checks ad prompts, ad copy and research inside your AI app. It doesn’t render images or video.
- Admode is for businesses. You need an active plan, bought on admode.ai or included in a Skool membership.
- Your content stays yours, and so do the prompts and copy made for you. Admode’s formats, proven ads and checks stay ours.
- You decide what to publish, and you’re responsible for your ads.
- You can leave any time and take your data with you. It’s deleted 30 days after your plan ends.
About these terms
Admode is provided by HV Digital AB, a Swedish limited company (“we”, “us”). You reach us at support@admode.ai. These terms, our privacy policy and, when you put personal data into Admode, our data processing terms together make up our agreement with you.
Admode is for businesses. You use it, and buy plans, for your trade, business or profession, or for a company you’re allowed to act for, and you accept these terms for it. We don’t sell plans to consumers.
You accept these terms when you start a plan, sign in to Admode or use it. Where mandatory law gives you rights these terms can’t take away, those rights still apply.
What Admode is
Admode works inside AI apps that support connectors, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Grok. Your AI app uses Admode’s tools to build ad prompts on proven formats, have Admode pick and check them, write ad copy, and make and keep your VOC research, Foundation Pack and Brand DNA. The Admode dashboard shows and keeps your brand.
Admode doesn’t render images, video or voices, and it doesn’t publish ads. Your AI renders with your own tools, only after you agree. Results come from AI models and need your review, as What Admode makes for you explains.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and allowed to enter into contracts for your business.
- Sign in with an email you control, and keep access to it safe. Your account is for you alone; don’t share it.
- You’re responsible for what’s done through your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
Plans and payment
Admode has three plans, Starter, Pro and Agency, described on the pricing page. You get a plan in one of two ways.
Plans bought on admode.ai
- Price. The price is shown before you pay, in US dollars and without VAT. VAT is added where the law requires it, worked out at checkout from your address and VAT number.
- Payment. Stripe takes the payment and keeps your card details; we never see them. A plan renews each month or year until you cancel it.
- Free trial. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, once per customer. You add a card, and you’re shown the date of the first payment. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time in one click under Settings → Plan. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Money back. Within 14 days of your first payment, Withdraw and refund under Settings → Plan gives you back everything you paid, even if you’ve used Admode, and ends your plan. This is once per customer.
- After that, we don’t refund a period that has started, or a renewal. We always refund double charges, charges after you cancelled and our billing mistakes.
- Failed payments. Stripe tries a failed payment again. If it isn’t settled, your plan ends.
- Price changes. We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, so you can cancel first.
Plans included in a Skool membership
A membership of our community on Skool includes an Admode plan. You pay for the membership on Skool, which shows its price, how it renews and how to cancel; Skool’s terms apply to the payment and its refunds. Your plan follows your membership level: Standard gives Starter, Premium gives Pro and VIP gives Agency. It starts when your membership starts, changes when your level changes and ends when your membership ends.
Using Admode well
Don’t use Admode to:
- break the law, or make ads that do, such as misleading claims, fake customer reviews or endorsements presented as real, or a real person’s name, face or voice used without their permission;
- infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright, trademarks and privacy;
- make content that sexualises children, or that promotes terrorism, violence or hatred;
- get around your plan’s limits, share or resell your access, or let others use Admode through your account;
- copy Admode’s formats, proven ads, instructions or checks in bulk, scrape them, use them to train AI models, or use them to build a competing product;
- reverse engineer Admode, except where the law allows it;
- overload, probe or attack Admode, or send it malware or instructions meant to make it misbehave.
Admode has limits so it stays fast for everyone, listed in the docs.
Your content
Your content is what you or your AI put into Admode: your brand, products, photos and logos, research, preferences, memory, ads, saved work, Meta ads data, and the videos and images you upload. It stays yours.
You allow us to store, copy, process, send and show your content only as needed to run Admode for you, keep it secure and do what you ask. We keep it confidential. We don’t use it to train AI models, and we don’t share it with other members.
You confirm you have the rights to the content you put in, and a lawful basis for any personal data in it. Don’t put in sensitive data such as health information, government ID numbers, payment card numbers or passwords.
What Admode makes for you
The prompts, copy and research made with Admode for you are yours to use, also for commercial purposes, during your plan and after it ends. As far as we have any rights in them, we transfer them to you.
AI can be wrong. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete, may look like existing work, and may be similar to what other members get. Review everything before you use it. Quotes in your VOC research come from public sources; check them before you use them in ads. We don’t promise that ads made with Admode will perform, or that ad platforms will approve them.
Your ads
You decide what to render and publish, and you’re responsible for your ads. Make sure they follow the law and the rules of the platforms you advertise on, for example on claims, endorsements and testimonials, and on the rights to every image, voice and person in them. Where the law or a platform requires it, label content made with AI as such, for example realistic people or voices made with AI. Admode doesn’t give legal advice.
What stays ours
Admode belongs to us or our licensors: the software, the formats, the library of proven ads, the instructions and checks your AI receives, the design, and the Admode name and logo.
During your plan you may use Admode to make ads for your own brands or, on Agency, for your clients’ brands. What your AI receives from Admode is for making those ads, not for copying, sharing or publishing elsewhere.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
Content rules and notices
The rules for content are in Using Admode well. We don’t screen your content in advance. We act when we receive a notice about illegal content, or when we find misuse ourselves. A person makes these decisions, not an algorithm. Our only automated measures are the limits and the checks that refuse malformed or harmful input to Admode’s tools.
If we remove your content or limit, suspend or close your account, we tell you why and what it was based on, unless the law forbids it or it would harm security. You can reply and ask us to look again by writing to support@admode.ai, and you can go to court.
Anyone can report content in Admode they believe is illegal. The support page says how.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Admode running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we sometimes need to pause it for maintenance.
Admode keeps improving, so features change. If a change takes away something important your plan includes, we tell you at least 30 days before, and you can end your plan before it takes effect.
Other services
Admode works with services that aren’t ours: your AI app, Skool, Stripe, Meta, and the image and video tools you render with. Their own terms and prices apply, and you pay for them. We aren’t responsible for them, and they can change or stop working with Admode.
Ending
You can stop using Admode at any time: end your plan, remove Admode from your AI app, and delete your data in the dashboard if you want to.
We can suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, if your use puts Admode or others at risk, or if a payment fails and isn’t settled. Where we can, we warn you first and give you time to put things right.
When your plan ends, Admode stops working in your AI app. Leaving with your data explains what happens to your data.
Leaving with your data
You can take your data with you at any time, free of charge:
- Settings → Download everything gives you one JSON file with every brand, product, research document, memory, ad and saved work, and your preferences.
- Research documents also download as Markdown, and Meta numbers as CSV.
- Photos and logos download one at a time in the dashboard, or ask us and we send them all.
What can’t be exported is what stays ours under What stays ours: Admode’s formats, proven ads, instructions and the models behind the checks.
Moving to another service? Tell us. While you move, which may take up to 30 days, Admode keeps working and we help with the export. After your plan ends, you can still sign in to the dashboard to download or delete your data for 30 days. Then it’s deleted automatically, completely. We never charge for leaving.
Admode runs on servers in the United States. The privacy policy describes how we protect your data, including against unlawful requests from governments.
What we promise
We provide Admode with reasonable skill and care, as described on admode.ai. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, Admode is provided as it is, without promises about results, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service.
Liability
We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, revenue, ad spend, data or goodwill. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to what you paid for Admode in the 12 months before the event that caused the loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, or any liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
Claims about your ads
If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your ads or your breach of these terms, you cover our resulting costs and losses, including reasonable legal fees. We tell you about the claim promptly, let you lead the defence, and help where we reasonably can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when Admode or the law changes. We tell you by email at least 30 days before an important change takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can end your plan before then. If you keep using Admode after the change, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies to this agreement. If something goes wrong, write to us first; most things are solved quickly. Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
General
- This agreement is the whole agreement between us about Admode.
- If a part of it can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- Not enforcing a right straight away doesn’t mean we give it up.
- We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over Admode. You need our consent to transfer it.
- Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- We send notices to the email on your account. Send yours to support@admode.ai.
