Your account and data
- Download your data: Settings → Download everything. This works for 30 days after your plan ends too.
- Delete your data: Settings → Delete everything, or delete one brand at a time. Otherwise it’s deleted automatically 30 days after your plan ends.
- Delete your sign-in account, or change its email: write to us from the email on the account.
- Your other privacy rights: see the privacy policy.
Your plan
- A plan bought on admode.ai: change it, cancel it or see your invoices under Settings → Plan. Within 14 days of your first payment, Withdraw and refund there gives you all your money back.
- A plan with your Skool membership: change or cancel your membership on Skool, and Admode follows within minutes.
- The terms have the details.
Reporting illegal content
Admode keeps content for its members, and none of it is public. If you believe something in Admode is illegal, email support@admode.ai with the subject “Notice of illegal content”, and include:
- why you believe the content is illegal;
- where it is, as exactly as you can, for example the brand, the ad or the link;
- your name and email, unless the notice concerns child sexual abuse material;
- a statement that you believe, in good faith, that your notice is accurate and complete.
We confirm we’ve received it, decide carefully and without undue delay, and tell you what we decided and how you can contest it.

For authorities in the EU and for members and everyone else, under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act, our single contact point is support@admode.ai. We answer in English and Swedish.
Security issues
If you find a security issue in Admode, email support@admode.ai with the subject “Security”. Please don’t access other members’ data, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you share it.
