How Admode handles personal data: what we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.

Last updated 5 October 2026HV Digital AB

In short

  • We collect what we need to run Admode: your email and plan, the brand content you or your AI save, and short-lived technical logs.
  • We don’t see your chats. We only get what your AI sends to Admode’s tools.
  • Prompts sent for checking aren’t stored, and the AI models that run Admode’s checks keep nothing.
  • We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising or to train AI models.
  • You can download or delete your data any time in the dashboard. 30 days after your plan ends, it’s deleted automatically.

Who we are

Admode is run by HV Digital AB, a Swedish limited company. We are the controller of the personal data this policy describes.

Write to support@admode.ai with any question or request about your data. We haven’t appointed a data protection officer; the same address reaches the people responsible.

What this policy covers

This policy covers admode.ai, including the dashboard and its sign-in, and the Admode service your AI app connects to at mcp.admode.ai, with the sign-in pages it opens.

It doesn’t cover the AI app you use Admode in (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Grok), Skool, Meta, or the image and video tools you render with. Each has its own privacy policy.

When you put other people’s personal data into Admode, for example customer quotes in your VOC research or people in your photos and videos, you decide what goes in and we process it for you. Our data processing terms cover that.

What we collect and why

WhatWhyLegal basis
Your account. Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. Our sign-in provider also records your sign-ins: the time, IP address and browser. When you get in with a plan, we note your user ID and email, and later the day your plan ended. To sign you in and keep you signed in, and to delete your data on time after your plan ends.Contract; legal obligation to delete what we no longer need
Your membership. Your email, your membership level, whether it’s active and when it changed. Skool sends it to us when you join, change level or leave. To give you the right plan, and to end access when a membership ends.Contract
Your brand content. What you or your AI save in Admode: brands, products, photos and logos, Brand DNA, VOC research, Foundation Pack and preferences. On Pro and Agency also memory (what you like and don’t like, rules and offers), ads, saved work, the Meta ads data your AI syncs (ad names, texts, pictures, spend and results), and the videos and images you upload for editing, such as screen recordings and screenshots, with what you or your AI saved about each. To give your AI your brand at the start of every job, and to show it in your dashboard.Contract
What your AI sends to Admode’s tools. Ad prompts, copy, research sections and the details a tool asks for. To pick and check prompts and research and send the result back. Prompts sent for checking aren’t stored; a prompt is kept only when your AI saves an ad or work to your brand.Contract
Technical logs. IP address, time, the address asked for and the response. Our host may also log your browser or app version. To apply the limits, we count each account’s checks in memory for up to a day. To keep Admode secure and working, stop abuse and fix errors.Legitimate interest: a safe, working service
Usage counts. Daily totals, such as how many checks ran on each plan. They hold no email, name or other identifier. To run Admode well and plan capacity.Not personal data
Support. What you write to us and our replies. To help you.Contract, or legitimate interest when you aren’t a member
Plans bought on admode.ai: your email, your billing name, address and VAT number, plan, payment status, amounts and refunds, whether you’ve used the free trial and the money-back, and the reason you pick if you cancel. Card details go to Stripe, never to us. To bill you, refund you, keep the trial and the money-back to once per customer, and keep accounts.Contract; legal obligation for accounting records; legitimate interest in preventing misuse of the trial

You don’t have to give us any of this, but without an email and a plan we can’t give you access, and without brand content your AI starts every job from nothing.

Please don’t put sensitive data in Admode, such as health information, government ID numbers, payment card numbers or passwords. Admode doesn’t need it.

Where it comes from

Most of it comes from you or from your AI app. Membership data comes from Skool. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email and picture. Meta ads data comes from your own Meta ad account, read by your AI with your own access to Meta. VOC research holds quotes your AI collects from public reviews and forums.

Your AI app

Admode works inside AI apps such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Grok and Cursor. The company behind your AI app handles your chats under its own privacy policy. Admode receives only what your AI sends to Admode’s tools, and what we send back goes into your chat.

Who receives it

We don’t sell personal data and don’t share it for advertising. It goes only to:

  • Providers that run Admode for us, under contracts that let them use it only for us: hosting and database (Railway, United States), storage for the videos and images you upload (Tigris, through Railway, United States), sign-in (Clerk, United States), our membership service (Cloudflare), email (Google Workspace), and the AI model provider that runs Admode’s checks, under zero data retention: it keeps nothing after answering.
  • Stripe, which takes the payments for plans bought on admode.ai and works out the VAT. Stripe also uses payment data for its own fraud prevention and legal duties, under its own privacy policy.
  • Skool, which runs your membership as a controller in its own right.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.
  • A buyer, if Admode or our company is sold. This policy would still apply to your data.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of our providers are in the United States. Where a provider is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, we rely on that. Otherwise we use the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, with extra safeguards where needed. Write to us for a copy of the safeguards.

Deleted data can stay in backups for a short time, until they’re overwritten.

How we protect it

  • Every connection uses HTTPS.
  • You sign in through Clerk, with Google or a code we email you. Every request to Admode’s tools checks your sign-in and an active plan, and each account reaches only its own brands.
  • Prompts, sign-in tokens and email addresses are kept out of our application logs.
  • Images, videos and other files reach your AI’s tools through links that expire within 24 hours.
  • Access to our systems is limited to the people who run Admode.

Admode runs on servers in the United States. We disclose data to a government only when the law requires it, after checking the request is lawful, and we tell you unless the law forbids it.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • get a copy of your personal data, and know how we use it;
  • have wrong data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • have its use restricted while a question about it is settled;
  • object to uses based on our legitimate interest;
  • take your data with you in a common format (Settings → Download everything does this).

Write to support@admode.ai from the email on your account. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, imy.se, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Automated decisions

Admode’s checks are automated, but they judge ad prompts and research, not people. We make no decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Cookies and local storage

The pages of admode.ai, such as this one, the docs and the home page, set no cookies and have no analytics.

The sign-in pages and the dashboard use our sign-in provider’s cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage for things like the tab you had open. They’re needed for the service you ask for, so they don’t need your consent. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies anywhere in Admode.

Children

Admode is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

When what we do with personal data changes, we update this page and its date. Before an important change takes effect, we tell members by email.
